1. PAYMENT METHODS

Buying from our store is very easy: select the products you want, add them to the cart, and complete the checkout process.

• Credit card: payment is made through a secure bank payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into the banking platform, so they are not stored or managed by Zanabili.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING on orders over 60 euros (Mainland Spain) - Balearic Islands on orders over 100 euros.

• MAINLAND SPAIN: €5.95
• BALEARIC ISLANDS: €9.95

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: please inquire by email: info@zanabili.com

If the recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery, a new delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and another with a tracking number for the shipment.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return. Contact us at info@zanabili.com indicating the order number, the reference, and the reason for the return.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, only products that have not been opened and are in perfect condition will be accepted.

If you wish to make an exchange, you can contact us at info@zanabili.com indicating your order number, the product you want to exchange, and the new product.

The customer must pay the shipping costs before we proceed with the return or exchange.
